I tried pinging my No-IP host address the other day from outside of my home internet and I found out that my No-IP host points to the IP address highlighted by Avast antivirus in the first place (69.65.5.105).

It was setup in my router to auto update if my external IP changed. See, I have a free account with No-IP that I use for among others, FileZilla Server. As for the Avast antivirus alert for harmful webpage from FileZilla Server, I found out by coincidence that it was actually caused by No-IP. I'm not sure what caused it to happen (to 2 different browsers too) in the first place. The download problem that I mentioned in my original post is a fluke because after I restarted my PC, the problem just went away. I'm afraid it is not a malware infection as I originally suspected. Unfortunately (fortunately?), I think I've sorted this problem out. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of both of these logs into your next post please.

One peculiar things I have noticed since avast started alerting me on this is that I cannot download any file directly from the browser (Chrome, Firefox) anymore. As soon as I start the service again, avast will immediately start alerting me again. When I stop the FileZilla Server service, the alert will stop too.
